French Smock February 18, 2011

I got a pattern again from naniIRO site and this time it’s a French smock. It has a small piping around the yoke.
The fabric is called “Poppy Parade in Loden” designed by Sandi Henderson. It’s perfect for a child to wear this when he/she paints or does crafts.

Kids Shopping Bag

I want to make children shopping bags for pretend plays. The kid can put toy veggies and fruits or even toy cars! No zipper and easy to put things in and easy to take them out! Very simple and a right size for small people! This prototype I made is for my friend’s son who is very into McQueen!

More Bird Song Pillows February 5, 2011

Bird Song Pillows in pink and purple. Each has the same piece of fabric on the both front and back. They look different but the  image is continuous. I always hesitate when I cut Etsuko Furuya’s fabrics because they are just so perfect as they are! It’s an art piece!
